Let us guide you to the best Cheap eats in Whistler

Where should I get food that wont make me go broke?

  • La Cantina

In marketplace or nesters this is the locals spot to go for tacos. The burritos are definitely your best bang-for-buck if you’re looking for something filling for not a ton of money.

  • Samurai Sushi

A place that shows up on every local’s credit card statement too often. Cheap and cheerful sushi that does the trick every time. The Samurai special is a great go-to. Swap out the sushi roll for your favourite and make it “sumo” if you’re really hungry.

  • Samurai Bowl

Once just a creekside location of Samurai Sushi, this place has become its own in the last several years. Serving up ramen, curry, and donburi bowls, as well as the best Korean Fried Chicken in town. The pro move? Get the veggie poke bowl with a half order of the KFC (black or red sauce).

  • Hunter Gather

Not exactly cheap, but great value for money in a deli-style restaurant that is a great place for large groups. Great handhelds, BBQ meat, and salads along with a beer and wine bar with lots of local selections.

  • Splitz Grill

Not as cheap as it once was, they often have good specials and have some of the best burgers in Whistler. Make sure whatever you order comes with Splitz sauce (some form of garlic mayo).

  • Pasta Lupino

Need to carbo-load without the premium prices of the other italian places in town? Pasta Lupino has been a locals favourite for years. Fresh pasta and sauces for either eat in or take home.

  • Creekside Market

Yes, it’s a grocery store… but they have all kinds of good grab and go options in their deli. Delicious sandwiches, soups, fried chicken, salads etc. A great place for lunch on the go before you head up the mountain.
