Let us guide you to the best Drinks in Whistler

Where can I get a great drink?

  • The Raven Room

This is where you go for a real cocktail experience. They're amazing, but are also priced accordingly. It's a slightly fancier vibe than most spots, so it's perfect for a proper night out - you can still show up in your puffy jacket and jeans though.

  • RMU

A ski bar that was literally started by a ski company. They've hit their stride and are now a consistently good spot that does a lot for the local community. Fair warning: after a few beers, their awesome selection of in-store gear starts to look very tempting.

  • Mallard Lounge

This is the lobby bar of the Fairmont Chateaux Whistler. It is a great place to grab a drink and participate in some pretty funny people watching. The highlight is “Fairmont Fridays” where there are food and drink specials on Friday nights seasonally througout the year.

  • Bar Oso

Part of the high-end Toptable group that runs Araxi. This is your spot for a sophisticated drink and some serious people-watching in the village. As you'd expect, the quality is really good, and the prices reflect.

  • Coast Mountain Brewing

Located out in Function Junction, this is hands down the best beer being brewed in Whistler right now. It offers a much more authentic vibe than the village establishments, often filled with locals post-work or post-ride. The Crystal Chair Lager is a staple, but don't sleep on their seasonal sours and dark beer. Seating is limited and they don't have a full kitchen (just snacks), so plan accordingly or grab a growler to go.

  • Firerock Lounge

Tucked away in the Westin, this is the spot for a cosier, intimate chalet-style drink. It’s ideal for a date night or a catch-up where you can actually hear each other talk. They have a huge drink list with daily features and over 20 types of scotch. Pro tip: snag a spot on one of the comfy sofas by the fireplace.
